Over the past few months we have had an increasing number of helium balloons floating into the ceiling space of the main hall. These ballons trigger the building alarms and so it has been agreed that helium balloons can no longer be used by hirers in the main hall.

Click on the + sign on the date you would like to book.
Please ensure that you book sufficient setting-up and clearing-up time within your booking for your event.
Please be aware we currently do not have any music/audio facilities in the main hall. Hirers need to source their own equipment for the foreseeable future.
Please be advised that it is the hirer’s responsibility to contact the Woodside office if a booking is to be cancelled. We require at least 1 months' notice so we are able to resell the space.
All bookings confirmed on the scheduler are deemed as live bookings with payment required as per the invoice.
