Our facilities


The Woodside offers a variety of well-equipped indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for a wide range of community, leisure and sporting activities. Whether you are planning a class, hosting an event or running a regular group, our flexible facilities can be adapted to suit your needs.


Indoors we have our large ground-floor Main Hall with an adjoining kitchen, a lighter first-floor Small Hall with its own kitchen and viewing balcony, and a comfortable meeting room. Outdoors you will find a floodlit multi-use games area, grass football pitches and sports changing rooms.

Our largest space, the Main Hall is a bright, versatile ground-floor hall of around 120 m² with level access, an adjoining kitchen, storage, entrance foyer and toilets. It comfortably suits classes, training sessions, clubs, parties, meetings and community events, and can be laid out to suit your activity. Approximate capacity 100.

Capacity: 50 people
Pricing: £12.30-£14.76 per hour

A light and flexible first-floor hall of around 42 m², served by a lift and with its own small kitchen and an outside viewing balcony overlooking the grounds. Ideal for smaller classes, groups, meetings and children's activities. Approximate capacity 50.

Our hard-surfaced, floodlit multi-use games area (MUGA) is marked out for a range of sports including tennis, netball, five-a-side football and basketball, and is available for hire throughout the year. Approximate capacity 10.
